How to sign up
In order for NMIA to create an account for you, we require a signed original
copy of our agreement with at least one month payment by cash, check, money
order, or credit card. New accounts are created on the same working
day we receive your completed agreement with payment.
If you prefer to return the completed agreement by fax, please be aware
that we must have a copy mailed to us with your original signature, and
that payment must be guaranteed with a credit card.
