Adelante is a major employer in New Mexico with locations throughout the state, primarily in Bernalillo, Sandoval, and Valencia counties. We employ over 700 people, including over 325 people with disabilities. Because our mission is to support people with disabilities, the majority of our employees are devoted to providing direct support to the agency's program participants. Other positions support the agency by providing services such as accounting and financing, training, administrative support, computer or technical services, and maintenance of our facilities and vehicles.

Adelante is a lively, friendly, and rewarding place to work. It is among the largest and most diverse nonprofit agencies in New Mexico and we have earned many quality awards such as the Quality New Mexico Pinon Award, ISO 9000, and others. These accomplishments are made possible by our dedicated employees.

High on the list of qualities we look for are a positive attitude and an ability to solve problems in a creative way. Because we work closely with people who may not be able to watch out for themselves, all of our positions require a background check and most require drug testing. Many positions require employees to drive for the agency, and for those positions, a good driving record is required.

If you would like to join our dedicated, hardworking team, please get in touch with our Human Resources department. You can get the appropriate application forms and see the jobs we currently  have available on our job postings page. Fax or mail the forms to us using the contact information below.
