Greetings,
I have created this webpage to chronicle and track the egregious exploits
of the University of New Mexico (UNM) and its larcenous (ex-)licensee, AKA Floyd
Taub. This ongoing fraud has denied millions of Americans, suffering from
seemingly intractable diseases, access to one of the premier medical treatment
discoveries of our time. The result of years of dedicated research on the part of
Terence Scallen, M.D., Ph.D. and Galen Knight, "pH.d." (humorously connoting his
expertise in biochemistry), their patented and published vitaletheine immune
modulator family of compounds has shown remarkable promise in treating an entire
spectrum of problematic diseases that usually do not respond well to long-term
drug treatments.
Utilizing synthetic forms of this naturally occurring "spotlight" compound,
seminal cancer studies produced from 90 to 100% initial response rates in
melanoma and myeloma and 70 to 100% lifetime cure rates, respectively, with
unoptimized regimens, far surpassing the expectations of the researchers, and the
achievements of any other current or past treatment yet studied. This is doubly
significant for (yep, you guessed it!) TWO reasons. First, there is a strong
correlation between this type of animal study and eventual human response;
second, the method explored works by stimulating the natural immune system,
providing a potential means of treating a spectrum of immune-related diseases.
Despite this exciting start, the technology has languished in the grip of UNM,
Taub, and various associates, who have seen fit to take credit for someone else's
hard work, intelligence, and inspiration.
To date, Taub's efforts at "development" have produced a tumorous mass of
junk data, bogus patents, and a "homeopathetic" remedy for fatigue that, oh, by
the way, might have a "side effect" of curing cancer. Herein I present the
various players and their key roles in this infamous and irresponsible injustice
against humankind, pulling the various threads together into one vastly tangled
web of dishonesty, duplicity, deceit, denial, and destruction worthy of eternal

Now for some facts, apparently distasteful to almost everyone
involved with this debacle--apart from myself and the aforementioned
protagonists in this titillating tale of tumescent turpitude "in
flagrante delicto"--the redoubtable Knight and Scallen:

- Galen Knight is president of the research and educational organization, VitaleTherapeutics, Inc. He has conducted extensive cancer and nutrition research.

OTHER KEY PLAYERS:
Char Tara Albert
is apparently a lackey that Taub "rescued" from poor health, currently
serving as a sales manager of sorts for the various direct-market
"taurox" products. Ms. Albert fancies herself to be some sort of metaphysical
"therapist"
on the basis of her "self-healing" experiences.
Given her admitted "irritable bowels" and other
health problems, one wonders what she and Taub were actually up to
while they were busy "co-inventing" homeopathic Taurox!
To date, she has been the only accomplice from Taub's
camp to provide a written response to my
Public Service Announcements.
While Ms. Albert is correct in stating that I have never tried any of Taub's nostrums nor have I met him personally, the same can be said regarding Saddam Hussein, for example. This has no bearing on the facts I have presented. Taub has consistently and continuously misrepresented the research he quotes in his "scientific" data. His fraudulent activities created the circumstances whereby UNM sued it's own inventors for "control" of technology they already were in possession of to cover its own complicity in the fraud, as well as its failure to abide by the controlling licensing agreements and intellectual property policy. Perhaps Ms. Albert is unaware that the authentic research was funded by taxpayer money, and represents a potential paradigm shift in the concept of health and the understanding and treatment of chronic disease. As a citizen, I have every right and an ongoing interest in seeing the fruits of this collective labor ripen for harvest. Presumably both Taub and UNM have been aware of my commentary for years now, and not once have they made any attempt to challenge my opinions in court or in public forum. I suspect they would not have a snowball's chance in New Mexico of prevailing against me, since they are far too corrupt and compromised to maintain their credibility.

ceases operations. Now the
CureImmune Corporation
claims to be the
sole source of Taurox. Another shell company Taub used to

currently inaccessible to the public via its website.
Currently Taub seems to be lurking within the
FindCure.org organization and is direct-marketing his
Taurox(COBAT) "products" online.

Knight and Scallen are still awaiting the return of the licensed, and
then abandoned, technology currently held hostage by UNM, while
citizens continue to suffer and die, as they have for over a decade...
