    when you're feeling down in the dumps
    think what life's like for a stump

    sittin around with your roots in rot
    and what you see is what you got

    rain or shine, you gotta kill the time...


    until some farmer decides your time is past
    and ends it all with a dynamite blast

    or the happy homeowner does his part 
    by pouring acid in your heart

    finally ending those lofty remembrances
    of clean air, green youth, scenic trances...


    so,

    get off your ass
    climb outta that dump
    have some fun 'cause
    you ain't no stump!
