Campaign Pouch Gallery
The Campaign Pouch is very similar to those detailed by the "Museum of London's Dress Accessories - Medieval Finds From Excavations in London," as one of the types of leather purse with flaps. It is based on photos from "The Medieval Soldier," by Embelton & Howe.
It is often shown wuth a bullock dagger between the girdle or belt straps.
The campaign pouch or purse is made of leather and has two draw string bags on the outside, comes in
Black and period style brass double oval buckle from "Dress Accessories". The body of the pouch (not including belt loops) measures
7 inches wide at the top and 9 inches wide at the bottom by 7 inches high.
It will
accommodate a full checkbook and more, and fits on a 2 1/2 inch belt.
