We prefer payment via Paypal (or bank wire transfer
on large amounts) as this saves the week or so of waiting for the mail, chance
of lost or delayed mail, mailed payment clearing time, chance of lost
transaction, etc.---but the choice of
payment method is yours. Our Paypal ID is "cavlon@nmia.com".
We will send you wire transfer information if you elect that option.
If you elect to
use non-electronic payment, we suggest you consider some expedited means of
sending--as regular mail delivery has become rather slow and inconsistent.
(Please note that payment by mailed regular check can result in a total
wait time for your item of up to 45 days when all the delay times are added up.)
Packing and shipping priority
is a function of how fast we get clear usable payment.
If you send paypal immediately, you get top priority for your category of
item (unless you pay via e-check--in which case there is about a week of
clearing hold time). Those that
mail checks get lowest priority as making a slow payment tells us you are not in a hurry.
If your item is subject to packing and shipping charges, please hold off on payment until we get these costs added to your item invoice (make sure we have the right information regarding your delivery requirements in advance). Sending payment without these amounts included will only delay shipment of your goods.
Please notify us of your payment plans.
Please make sure you have given us a delivery
contact phone number, and, if possible, a commercial
business delivery name, address and phone number. Packing and shipping for big, heavy items going by truck
motor freight LTL carrier is on the basis of the shipping address being a
commercial (not residential) business location with a loading dock or forklift,
unless specifically stated otherwise.

include the item number and a consistent identity in your correspondence.
(It
gets really tough trying to figure out what some e-mails go to when a different
