Small parts are placed in the cup-like area of the parts slider on the left side of the image above. The slider is then moved to the right and the green button pushed to press and form the part. In the mean time, the finished part on the right side of the parts carriage slider was moved out of the press area and over an ejection pin and ejected from the forming cup. New parts are then put in the cup on the right side, the carriage slide to the right, and the process repeated.
The image above shows the control panel and status lights. There are also interlock switches on some of the access panels.
The eject pin comes up in the middle of the parts forming cup shown below. The pin is driven by a cam on a shaft driven by a geared electric motor. There are a variety of switches/sensors associated with the tooling.
The Black area contains the 5" diameter piston that has about 1.25 inches of travel in its current configuration. There are sensors for cylinder up, cylinder down, pressure and temperature
As shown in the image above, the unit can be set to automatically drive to a preset pressure. There appears to be 3 settings for how fast the unit operates but I don't know how this works.
You are bidding on your choice of one of two units. Either the one shown above that is complete with some specific unknown part tooling or one that is identical and operational but has had part tooling, including the deck, removed.
This unit includes a hydraulic reservoir, the filler cap for which is shown at the bottom left of the image above, a 10,000 psi electric motor driven pump, a fan cooled radiator and a 2-way electric solenoid valve.

This is a production machine intended for continuous operation. It has a variety of sensors for position, pressure and temperature. It has a microprocessor type controller to monitor for error conditions and provide alarms as needed.
Condition looks very good functional used. Powers up and runs piston up and down. Condition details depend on which unit you choose. We are in the Desert Southwest so items may need dusting/cleaning when they arrive.
This is a used/surplus item, selling at a fraction of its original price/cost and has no warranty. While the item will be as described before we send it, there is always a chance that something will happen in shipping. If you need service like a new item, go buy a new one. Alternatively, a limited warranty can be purchased at extra cost on some items (ask).

If you want to pay for extra insurance, be sure to clearly communicate how much.

Items that weigh more than 150 pounds or are bigger than 130" length plus girth must ship by motor freight carrier, preferably freight collect. Please note that used items shipped by truck are only insured at 10 cents per pound. Extra insurance can be purchased through a third party insurer if explicitly requested and paid for. Also note that it may take several days for these larger items to get packed and picked up by a truck.
Payment via Billpoint or Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery delay (waiting for a check by mail). BidPay works too but takes a few more days for the money to get to me. However, method of payment is ultimately the buyers choice. If payment is by business or personal check, you will have an additional 2 weeks wait time for our bank to confirm your check cleared before the item is released. If payment is not received within 10 days of notification of total amount due, transaction is subject to being listed as failed for non-payment and the item being sold to another buyer.
