The unit nearly full up--about 12" vertical travel.
The monitor mount section changes angle under electrical power.
The upper bottons change the monitor tilt angle. The lower buttons raise everything up and down.
Very heavy counter weight under the backside platform makes sure it does not tip over. A pretty big computer box can go on this section too.
Condition looks good used. All four heavy furniture style casters look good. I have run it recently and it works but it is still being sold as-is. What you see is what you get.
