Atlas Copco Tool Balancer Model COL1 01 1 to 3 pound capacity.

This is a really nifty little tool balance for small hand tools that reduces the weight you have to handle.  Commonly used to suspend a small air driver over a workbench.  Retractable cable allows you to move tool to where you needed it.  Adjustable counter balance spring holds the weight.

Condition looks new, in box, with instructions. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get.

Payment via Billpoint or Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery delay (waiting for a check by mail). BidPay works too but takes a few more days for the money to get to me. However, method of payment is ultimately the buyers choice. If payment is by business or personal check, you will have an additional 2 weeks wait time for our bank to confirm your check cleared before the item is released. If payment is not received within 10 days of notification of total amount due, transaction is subject to being listed as failed for non-payment and the item being sold to another buyer.
