Baptism Padrinos: Martin Aguirre y Concepcion Fraire. Kletus came to southeastern Arizona and worked on a ranch out side of Bowie. When work got scarce some older cowboys invited him to join them in stealing cattle, they also attempted to hold up a bank and even a train. After he was caught he received a sentence of five years at the notorious Yuma, Arizona State Prison.
