 We've never had a dissatisfied customer in 13 years because we strive to meet and exceed each customer's expectations. Our customers are #1 before and during the event. 

Although we have a 100% satisfaction rate, we ask our customers for comments to learn how improve our already great show.

Our customers have the final say

 This is a full-time service 

You can call us at any time of day, any day. When we're out meeting with a customer or doing a gig , we'll leave our message machine on so we can return your call as soon as we get back, often within two hours (if late at night, we return the call in the morning unless specified to call that night).

We can play at any time of the day, any day of the week.

 Our customers have the final say 

We add our personal touch to make each performance special to our customer 

We observe and listen to our customers and their guests at the event to determine what we can do to please them 

Just because our customers tell us what they want before the event doesn't mean they won't change their mind at the event

Our customers usually don't know what their guests like - it is our job to figure that out and make them happy

Because of the large number of requests by our customers to take out an add, so they can find us if they lost our card, we did so in 1996

A large amount of our business is still by word of mouth or by someone who has seen our performance but now we get business through our advertising

Individualized Show For You

 Your DJ will meet with you to determine what you want and your preferred itinerary so we'll know how to please you. If you make any changes at the event, they will do all they can to accommodate you. 

No two shows are exactly alike because you and your guests are not treated the same as other customers and their guests 

Our performance will be tailored to meet your needs instead of being a copy of other performances 

We spend an average of at least two hours, prior to the day of the event, just to make it special and ensure its success 

Our DJ's cooperate extremely well with your photographers, caterers, etc. 

If there are certain songs or styles of music you do not want to hear at your event, they won't be played (unless, as sometimes happens, you change your mind) 

Our DJ's can quickly adapt to changes and unusual situations

Experienced and professional disc jockeys

 Each of our DJ's have over 12 years experience and are fun and friendly - no amateurs getting on-the-job training at your expense 

Our DJ's don't have to choose songs from a play list, so they can take requests - they're experienced enough to know what to play from our entire collection

Since our DJ's know what the host doesn't want played, they'll stay within the parameters that was set up

Some of our DJ's are so experienced, they can singularly play music, take requests, and run the lights just as well, if not better, than any two other DJ's can, so you don't need to pay for additional DJ's who just sit around most of the time

 Our DJ's have never started playing music late 

They plan on arriving at least an hour early on that special day:

To ensure they're not late because of traffic or any other reason

To handle any last minute problems before the guests arrive

To make preparations to create the proper atmosphere

You don't pay for the time it takes to set up or tear down

  Less than 20 minutes to set up music equipment

  Often, our DJ's have begun playing immediately after setting up (at no charge) instead of waiting for their contracted time to begin

 Our DJ's don't just sit back and play music 

Our DJ's take great pride in making your event a success

Our DJ's observe and listen to what's going on around them to help ensure the happiness of the host and guests

  Our DJ's don't allow one person or group to dominate the requests

  Our DJ's can say "no" to requests for styles/songs you've forbidden

 We offer suggestions based on what your ideas for your show to help enhance it. 

Because of the experience of our DJ's and their observations at the event, our DJ's can still add more than just playing songs. 

For video and slide shows, as well as performances, our service has added a lot to improve them and make them more entertaining. 

For video and slide shows, we have rarely used the same music, but have created an entirely new performance for each with different ideas. 

For video and slide shows, anyone can add music. We consider each as though we are doing a production and creating a work of art. We put a lot of thought, consideration, and time in each.

Volume controlled by you

 Rarely do our customers ask the DJ's to turn the music up or down but when they do, our DJ's follow their request. If our DJ disagrees, one explanation may be given, but the final decision of the customer will be followed.

Quality sound system

 We play compact discs for a clear, crisp sound 

Our DJ's can often spontaneously find a song and get it playing within 20 seconds to meet an unexpected situation. This is because of our DJ's creativity and familiarity with the music we have (even with the large quantity of music we have) and because our DJ's don't have to search for a song on a tape or cue up a song on a record.

 We often bring four speakers, not for the volume, but to ensure everyone can hear at low volumes 

Positioning four speakers allows us to reach dead sound areas so everyone can hear. Using two speakers would require such a loud sound, in some cases, to reach those in the back or the room that those sitting near the speakers would have their ears blasted out.

 Our speakers have been used in small areas, such as living rooms, basements, and dens, at volumes where no one had to try to talk over the volume. 

Our speakers have been used in gymnasiums at a volume loud enough for the MC to talk over 3000 screaming fans. 

Our speakers have been used in outdoor sporting events, making announcements for everyone to hear over a couple of fields and playing background music for individuals to dance if they wanted to.
