At one event, as the DJ started playing a song the host had just requested, the host requested a different song to be played immediately. The DJ quickly got the other request on within 30 seconds.

Our DJ's have had many situations where a host has requested certain styles not be played. When the guests requested any of those styles, our DJ's informed the guests of the situation, and they understood.

At one young girl's birthday party, her and her mother (who hired us) opposed each other's style request and each told the DJ not to play the other's style. The DJ was able to find songs from both styles acceptable to both. The floor remained full with both children and adults (including the mother and daughter) at the same time having a great time.
