I currently run 2 DMB leagues: The CFOD and CDBL. The CFOD runs exactly 1
year behind MLB (meaning when the '05 is winding down, so is the '04 year).
The CDBL is a "neo-retro" league, started with the 1984 season and plays
the season 16 years before the current one in the winter (so in between
the '05 and '06 MLB seasons, we are playing the 1992 season).

If you are interested in joining the CFOD or CDBL, here's a few things which
I now ask of new owners:

* Having web-access is a must. This is mainly so that you can get all
the necessary startup files from the web rather than me having to send
   you all those files.

* This league does not require you to have Diamond Mind Baseball, but I
do ask that people have prior experience with computer simulated
leagues or programs (IE-Diamond Mind/PtP, Strat-O-Matic, or similar
programs). This is mainly so people have at least some clue as to what
   goes on.

* You need to log into e-mail frequently. At least several times per week.
The daily game scores & weekly wrapups are still sent via e-mail.

* You need to have about half a meg to a full meg of e-mail space free at
all times. Daily info is usually less than 150K, but the weekly
   wrapups can get big.

* There are some occasions where math is involved. Ever wonder why you needed
to take algebra in school? Wonder no more.

* The league is free. All I ask is that you be an active participant.

You will need to e-mail me to determine
if there are any open teams or not. If there are no open teams, I will put
you on the waiting list.
