To our subscribers:

We recommend that you download the pattern files to your computer before viewing and printing. This will not only
give you a copy of the pattern for future use but viewing and printing is much faster when done on your computer
as opposed to online. This will also help in online conflict issues. Some versions of Windows, as well as Internet
Explorer cause the Adobe PDF file to crash when viewed online. If after saving the pattern to your computer you
experience problems opening the pattern offline, please let us know by sending email to: qor@nmia.com

In reporting problems please include a explanation of what the problem is as well as any error messages you may
receive. This will help us in correcting the issue.

Below you will find complete step by step directions for saving the pattern file.

Please print these instructions for future reference:

First, these files are created with Adobe Acrobat 5, if you have Acrobat Version 3.0 these patterns will not show correctly.
Please update Adobe first by going to Adobe's website by clicking here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Which will take you to where you download the latest Adobe Acrobat.

Create a folder on your desktop by clicking on a blank part of your desktop with the "Right Mouse Button". Next,
click on "New" using your "Left Mouse Button". Using your "Left Mouse Button" again and click on "New
Folder"
.

A folder will appear on your desktop titled "New Folder". Name the folder something like "QOR Patterns" and hit
"Enter" on your keyboard.

Sign on to your Internet Provider as you normally do and go to http://www.qorsite.com and find a pattern you want
to download.

On the link that says, "Download", click on "Download" using your "Right Mouse Button" and a menu will appear.
One of the choices will say either "Save As" or "Save Target As".

With your "Left Mouse Button" click on "Save As" or "Save Target As". A box will appear on your screen that
says "Save As" in the "Top Left Corner" of the box that appeared. Directly below that word, "Save As" you will
see "Save In".

Whatever it says there (It can vary what is there from Desktop to Download to My Documents), using your "Left Mouse
Button"
click on the little down arrow to the "Right" of what is listed there and look for "Desktop" and using your
"Left Mouse Button" click on "Desktop".

In the box that is below the word "Desktop" it will give you a list of items that are on your "Desktop". Look for the folder
that you created earlier and with the "Left Mouse Button", "Double Click" on that "Folder". Save in will now say the
folder that you created.

At the bottom, where it says, "File Name", leave it as it is named and click on the "Save Button" in the right corner.
This will download the file to your computer.

When it is done, close your "Web Browser" and sign off of your Internet Provider. Using the "Left Mouse Button",
"Double Click" on the folder you created and you will see the pattern you downloaded. Simply "Double Click" on that
pattern file and Adobe Acrobat will load on your screen and the pattern will appear on your screen in a few seconds after
that.

Click on the Printer Icon or Select "File" in the "Top Left Corner" and then click "Print" and print the pattern out on
your printer.
