  How long will it take to receive my order?

I take pride in my stockings and each one receives individual attention.  How long it will take to mail  your order to you depends on the amount of stockings ordered and the order in which they are received. I am open for orders on January 1st. at 9:00 AM MST. I fill orders in the order that they are received. I always make sure that everyone does receive their stockings by Christmas of the year they are ordered. Order early as on Jan. 1st 2004, I received a years worth of orders in less than 1 hour.

  What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your stocking, simply return the stocking to The Christmas Corner within 7 days of receipt and a refund will be issued.  Please let me know what you found wrong with the stockings so that I can better serve my customers in the future.

  How do I care for my stockings?

It is best to spot wash your stocking lightly with a damp cloth.  I do not suggest you put the stocking in the washer.  There is delicate hand stitching on the front and various trimmings.  Don't put it in the dryer.  Place it on a flat surface, reshape, and air-dry.

  Are there any restrictions?

The Christmas stockings are not meant to be used as toys. There are various beads that are small enough for a small child to pull off and possibly choke if swallowed.  Carefully watch children under three years of age.  If you would like a stocking with no beads, buttons, etc.. please let  me know on the order form where I have included an area for specific instructions, I will be happy to accommodate you.

  What type of payment do you accept and do you accept mail orders?

I accept payment by personal check, money order, or cashiers check. I do not accept any credit cards.  To place an order by mail, please go to the order form to print or you may use our Shopping Basket or online Order Form. You may also call me at 505-275-9548. Make your check or money order payable to Beverly Smith and mail to The Christmas Corner, 1030 Colt Lane, Albuquerque, New Mexico  87123.

  Do you take special orders?

I do not accept special orders.  All the stockings pictured on my website are the only styles available at this time and I do not have a printed catalog.  However, we will be happy to hear about any suggestions/requests that you may have. During the summer months we work to improve our selections and try to make those requests available to you the following season. 

 If you have a special request such as, making a brown dog instead of a black, the name in a specific color we will be happy to accommodate you.  Just let us know on the order form where there is a space  for specific instructions.

Do you sell your stockings to the wholesale market?

I do not sell any of my stockings, tree skirts or table runners to stores or on the wholesale market.

Do you sell the patterns for the stockings?

The stockings are designed from patterns created by The Christmas Corner®.  The Christmas stockings are one-of-a-kind and carry the The Christmas Corner label.  It is for this reason that the patterns are not available for purchase.
