Dan's Own Habanero Sauce.


3-6 habaneros.
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tblspoons of vinegar, any kind
water to make six oz.


Wear gloves and goggles. Freeze the habs, puree in a one-cup blender. Add the rest of the stuff. Use a funnel to get it into a clean, old hot sauce bottle. Refrigerate. I use it sparingly to "fix" disappointing wimpy salsas.
